All sales on custom apparel are final and non-returnable. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
 
Should any concerns arise regarding the quality or workmanship of your order, please contact us at JMeyer@themasonmarketinggroup.com. Please give us the details and concerns you have with your order and we will work to resolve or replace your item.
 
Please note: Production time for all custom apparel is 10–15 business days before shipping.
